Founder

Danesh, (Danny), founded AHF with a vision to create structured, dignified support for job seekers. Drawing from personal experience and inspired by community-driven recovery programs, he built AHF as a ritual-driven space where accountability and hope thrive.

Rahul Khadse
Director of Engineering and Digital Strategy / Host / Cohost

Rahul leads our digital initiatives and engineering efforts, ensuring AHF's technology infrastructure supports our growing community. He also serves as a session host and cohost, helping facilitate meaningful discussions and keep sessions welcoming.

Jimmy Mullick
Chapter Director for Charlotte, Session Recorder and AHF Promoter

Jimmy is the Charlotte Chapter Director and helps capture the heart of our sessions by managing recordings and preserving key moments for our community. As a passionate advocate for AHF in Charlotte, he also plays a vital role in spreading awareness and supporting the growth of our mission.
